Welcome to Aztec Villas, a property management and rentals company. I pride myself on the fact that I visit every property in my portfolio, playing an active role in making sure it satisfies my high standards and is equipped with family friendly items such as high chairs, stair gates, cot beds, pool/beach toys, Play Stations or Wiis and/or DVDs and a wide selection of games and movies; together with bed linen, bath/hand towels and pool/beach towels, fully equipped kitchens and stylish furnishings. I also provide all my guests with a personalised 30-page information pack about each of my properties which is crammed full of handy information about the property (extra photos and room specific details), information about the area, things to do, beaches, entertainment, eating out, tourism, car hire companies, flight companies, sport and leisure and much, much more. |

At Aztec Villas my aim is to provide a small selection of superior holiday properties so that I can continue to give my clients a very personalised and professional booking service. When you reserve a holiday property through me your booking will very quickly be confirmed by e-mail attaching a PDF version of your confirmation letter, a receipt for any fees paid, a PDF of our 30-page information pack to print out at your leisure (save the trees!) and very comprehensive directions and details about collecting your keys.

Tracy, was very helpful indeed. We found ourselves stranded out there when the Icelandic volcano erupted, unable to get a flight. Tracy immediately put my mind at ease by letting us stay on - at no extra cost - until we managed to get a flight home. In the end we had an extra 10 days there, on top of the 10 days we had originally booked. I felt we were really well supported and the whole situation (which could have easily been a nightmare) turned into a very positive experience for the whole family. The Paisley family, April 2010. I am always dubious when I book anything over the internet. Sometimes things are not as advertised. This company is clearly an exception to the rule. The whole experience of booking through Aztec Villas was a dream. Any questions we had were answered by Tracy, very promptly. All of the information was accurate. The villa was as per the picture(s) and the service provided by the villa representatives, out in Cyprus, could not have been more helpful and courteous. We can not fault any aspect of our holiday. Your level of communication during the booking process was great and the way in which you accommodated our needs/requests was so refreshing – it’s very rare to get that sort of treatment these days and, as such, it’s been a pleasure ‘doing business’ with you! The villa is beautiful, very well equipped and in an excellent location. All the ‘added extras’, like the huge range of pool/beach toys, gave us two very happy toddlers and when they’re happy, we’re happy. What more could we have asked for?
