Welcome to Aztec Villas – a management and rentals company providing a highly personalised and professional service to its clients.
I pride myself on the fact that I visit EVERY property in my portfolio, playing an active role in making sure it satisfies my very high standards and is equipped with family friendly items such as high chairs, stair gates, cot beds, pool/beach toys, Play Stations, DVDs, together with bed linen, bath/hand and pool/beach towels, fully equipped kitchens and stylish furnishings. I also carry out regular inspection trips to check all my properties are in tip-top condition. I know not all owners or management companies are as vigilent as I am, but I like to check that all the bed linen/towels are still in excellent condition, there are no rusty saucepans/cutlery or chipped crockery and broken glasses. If any painting needs doing, I get it done. If villas need more toys/inflatables, I go and buy them. Check out my facebook page where you'll see what I mean. Tracy, was very helpful indeed. We found ourselves stranded out there when the Icelandic volcano erupted, unable to get a flight. Tracy immediately put my mind at ease by letting us stay on - at no extra cost - until we managed to get a flight home. In the end we had an extra 10 days there, on top of the 10 days we had originally booked. I felt we were really well supported and the whole situation (which could have easily been a nightmare) turned into a very positive experience for the whole family.

We can not fault any aspect of our holiday. Your level of communication during the booking process was great and the way in which you accommodated our needs/requests was so refreshing – it’s very rare to get that sort of treatment these days and, as such, it’s been a pleasure ‘doing business’ with you! The villa is beautiful, very well equipped and in an excellent location. All the ‘added extras’, like the huge range of pool/beach toys, gave us two very happy toddlers and when they’re happy, we’re happy. What more could we have asked for?
