At present, I specialise in South & East Cyprus. This is because the first villa I bought was based in that area and so I have built up a wealth of expertise and knowledge. More importantly, I have a wide range of local contacts, partners and experts I can trust and rely on who enable me to offer you a wider choice in terms of car hire, taxis, excursions, tourism and bespoke holidays.
Every property I add to my portfolio has been personally visited and vetted by me. I feel this is crucial so that I can be sure it satisfies my standards (I am very fussy!) and is equipped with the minimum I advise for a holiday property. All my properties must have family friendly items such as high chairs, stair gates, cot beds, pool/beach toys, Play Stations or DVDs, together with bed linen, bath/hand towels, pool/beach towels (to save you space in your luggage!), fully equipped kitchens and stylish furnishings. If the properties do not meet these minimum standards, I will not add it to my portfolio.
I also make regular visits to all my properties to ensure that contents are always in tip-top condition. |
