Here at Aztec I roll my sleeves up and get stuck in to the properties myself making sure they look good for our guests on holiday and also so that my owners maximise rental income. These are tough times for everyone and anything you can do to increase bookings is vital.
Competition in Cyprus is huge now amongst owners, so your property must "stand-out-from-the-crowd". It should have superior and modern interiors and all the soft furnishings expected (cushions/throws). You also need to supply "extras" (cots, high chairs, towels, toys). Holiday makers expect more from their rental properties these days - and rightly so. I therefore want to ensure their expectations are met and they come back again and again to enjoy our properties and service. |

My mission is to help busy people who have invested in a holiday property, but do not have the time or expertise to maximise the return on that investment. Owners are often disappointed or worried at the lack of rentals and that's where I come in. My villa was fully booked the whole of the summer 2008 (it was only finished in July 08), had 21 weeks in 2009, 23 weeks in 2010 and 18 weeks so far in 2011. All my client's have seen year-on-year growth in their rentals. |

Fortunatley, I get a lot of repeat bookings and excellent reviews - some of which are dotted around my website. I also have some fantastic and reliable caretakers out in Cyprus who help me to look after the properties.

As mentioned, I deal with all of the local service providers such as Pool/Garden Maintenance and Cleaning companies. I also visit my properties on a regular basis to make sure that they are being looked after as expected and that all the items in the property are in tip-top condition. In my experience, other management companies have let down their owners and I’ve seen horror stories at some properties I’ve taken over. Green pools, rusty BBQs, broken furniture, items being left out over winter, gardens full of weeds, plants dying, irrigation systems broken so plants left to die!! That’s not the way I work. You can trust me and my team to look after your property and your customers who rent it. |
