Villa Bellini is an immaculately presented and superbly equipped holiday home located in the popular beachside town of Pernera. The villa is ideally located in the safe and quiet gated complex of Crystal Lagoon - a very popular location for our guests. The villa is only 400m from the nearest sandy beach and 100m from 2 great supermarkets, the cafes and bars. Louma beach is literally a three minute walk along the pavement and you don't even have to cross any roads!

Villa Bellini has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms, (1 en-suite), a large open-plan living/dining area, downstairs cloakroom/toilet and a separate kitchen. All rooms are furnished to a very high standard. The luxury Italian fitted kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, the dining table can seat 8 people or why not fire up the BBQ for some al-fresco dining over-looking the pool.
Outside there is a beautiful patio garden with sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol. Our garden area is much larger than other villas on Crystal Lagoon - so we are very lucky to have plenty of space to spread out your sunbeds and catch a few "rays"! The pool is also slightly larger than others on the development.
The villa is only a stone's throw from the shops, tavernas, bars, cafés and restaurants in Pernera itself and just 200-300m from safe blue-flag beaches and the beautiful clear turquoise seas of the Mediterranean. Two good supermarkets are right outside the entrance to the development. Yet, even though the villa is close to many amenities, once inside Crystal Lagoon the sense of calm and exclusivity hits you.
Below is the illuminated wooden walkway that hugs the coastline and runs all the way from Pernera to Protaras. Great for jogging and a walk in the sun.
Larnaca airport is the closest to Villa Bellini (a 40-45 minute car ride away). You could also fly in to Paphos airport but please be aware that this is further away and would take about 1½-2 hours to get to the villa by car. As in the UK; you drive on the left hand side. We provide you with very comprehensive directions so you have no problem finding the villa.

The Area
Protaras, with its vibrant nightlife and famous Fig Tree Bay, is 3km away. A thriving coastline resort with all manner of restaurants, bars, cafés, tourist shops, watersports, excursions and entertainment to keep you and your family busy.
The popular and lively resort of Ayia Napa is only 10km away. There you can dance the night away in the many clubs and bars of this "famous" resort!!
Pernera is smaller and quieter than Protaras and Ayia Napa but has a wide range of activities including its own WaterPark (walking distance from the villa) and plenty of tavernas, bars, cafés, restaurants and shops.
Pernera beach has been awarded with the Blue Flag for its clean and safe waters. You will find all kinds of watersport facilities such as wind-surfing, water skiing, para sailing, canoe and paddle boats as well as speed boat rentals. The sandy coves around Pernera are perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving and really safe for children due to the shallow and clear waters.

Rental Rates and What's Included:

Close Window and Return to Book a Holiday We do ask our customers for a security/damage deposit of £300 (Sterling) to confirm your reservation. This will be returned within 2 weeks of check out.
Special rates are available for long term lets and at times when it's not high season and the villa isn't fully booked. Please always ask if there's any special offers at the time you wish to come.
*Additional cost to heat the pool in cooler months
Pool heating is available at the cost of gas fills which is around €150-€200 (Euros) per fill. This should last for approximately 1 week (up to two fills may be required in winter depending on running temperature). If you would like the pool to be heated, please let us know at the time you make your booking so we can make the arrangements with our pool maintenance company.
*Additional cost for Central Heating
If you only require Central Heating in the cooler months and are not going to use the pool - this is cheaper than heating the pool above and is an additional €100-€150 (Euros) per week. |
